The Consortium advances workforce development, clinical excellence, and access to high-quality care through accreditation, collaboration, and national leadership in APP postgraduate training.

A private non-profit organization that supports clinics and payors in implementing and optimizing behavioral health integration. Their team provides hands-on technical assistance, ensuring a seamless transition while enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.

Provides individualized consultation, training, and implementation support on the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) to health systems, provider organizations, and payors. Implementation support includes workflow modification, adoption of population-health approaches, sustainability planning, evaluation support, and fidelity monitoring. Team and role-specific clinical training is provided for primary care providers, psychiatric consultants, and behavioral health care managers.

A division of Indian Health Service (IHS) which works in partnership with Tribes, Tribal organizations, and Urban Indian health organizations to coordinate national efforts to share knowledge and build capacity through the development and implementation of evidence/practice based and cultural-based practices in Indian Country.

In the second year of a 4-year HRSA grant, this program seeks to better understand the supports and barriers in place that impact the training of BHI personnel both professional and paraprofessional and then offer training and consultation to those seeking to improve current training offerings and to start new BH training programs with a special focus on FQHCs, RHCs, and CCBHCs. 

HFP currently supports a regional community of practice focused on integrating behavioral health into Primary Care using the PCBH principles. Within that context, HFP provides training, technical assistance and consultation, and systems level advocacy to 20+ local organizations, representing over 70 clinical sites, and 100+ Behavioral Health Consultants and their Primary Care teams.
