The FAST Short Course, provided by the University of Washington AIMS Center offers a practical introduction to two of the most widely used FAST programs: FAST-Anxiety (FAST-A) and FAST-Behavior (FAST-B). FAST-A focuses on exposure therapy techniques, while FAST-B teaches parent behavior management skills.
The course involves 4.5 hours of self-paced online modules followed by 4 hours of live interactive web-based workshops. The program also includes 3 1-hour group calls with 6-8 participants. Licensed (or license-track) providers such as licensed social workers, registered nurses, and psychologists are eligible to receive training.
The course has up to 11 CE credits. Interested participants can see a detailed course overview on the AIMS Center website.
