Join the University of Washington for a quarterly webinar series addressing innovative approaches related to medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD).  

The session in June will feature a panel discussion with fire fighters/paramedics from the City of Port Angeles Fire Department and South County Fire in Snohomish County. They will share their experiences and lessons learned from implementing buprenorphine initiations following overdose in the field in both urban and rural areas. 

Who should attend: The intended audience for this series is anyone in Washington State involved in the treatment of people with SUD. Examples of individuals and organizations to invite include: providers, care managers, navigators, SUDPs, pharmacists, administrators, those in the criminal legal system, FQHCs, health systems, BHAs, SUD programs, OTPs, SSPs, EDs, Inpatient. 

This webinar is funded by the State Opioid Response (SOR) grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and is provided by the University of Washington’s Addictions, Drug & Alcohol Institute (ADAI).
