Building Hope: A Journey Through Crisis Residential Services

-

As the Nation and communities across the country continue to invest and strengthen their Crisis Response Services systems, many are also recognizing the need for Crisis Stabilization services as alternatives to Emergency Departments and inpatient hospital stays for those in behavioral health crises.  Fortunately, alternative models of care for those in need of a safe place to go for help do exist for all populations, including individuals with Serious Mental Illness (SMI), and are continuing to expand and grow.

Join the National Council for Mental Wellbeing as they kick off their 2024 Crisis Stabilization Learning Series with a deep dive into one such efficient, cost-effective and innovative model: Crisis Residential Services. After attending this webinar, which is sponsored by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) attendees will:

  • Better understand the Crisis Residential Services Model
  • Better understand considerations for implementation, partnerships, scaling, funding and sustainability
  • Gain knowledge of how Crisis Residential Services are managed, staffed and operate day to day
