MHA: Introduction to Collaborative Care Model (CoCM)

Mental Health America (MHA) of Greater Houston will be continuing their Integrated Health Care Initiative (IHCI) Training Series with an Introduction to Collaborative Care Model (CoCM). This is an introductory training for anyone interested in learning about Collaborative Care Model (CoCM), which is one of the models of integrated behavioral health. They will provide an overview of CoCM, including its key components, team members and their roles, and essentials for practice transformation. This training can count towards 1 hour of CEUs.
