Join Duke-Margolis on as they gather health policy leaders to discuss the progress of the North Carolina State Transformation Collaborative (NC STC) to reduce health care provider burden and advance health equity. Launched last February, the NC STC is a joint public-private initiative operated by the Health Care Payment Learning & Action Network, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, and Duke-Margolis, and is designed to advance value-based and whole-person care.
During this event, speakers also will discuss:
- An overview of the NC STC Alignment Proposal, a set of preliminary action steps for providers, payers, and other health care stakeholders to strengthen accountable primary care
- Feedback from stakeholders on the current and future work, and ways to make progress as a state on key goals over the next year
- Opportunities to build momentum for multi-stakeholder alignment and scale early successes
This is a hybrid event that may be attended in-person, but it may also be attended virtually. Register to Attend Virtually.
