RELATE: A Reflective Approach to Supervising (In-Person Learning Opportunity)

Putting Care at the Center 2022 will be hosting a special pre-conference, in-person training. This three-hour training will give supervisors of frontline staff the knowledge, tools, and experience to implement the RELATE supervisory framework. This is a live, instructor-led training, where you will learn concrete behaviors that will help you prepare your frontline staff to be more introspective, self-aware, and able to handle the emotional impact of complex care work. This unique learning experience will reshape the way you manage staff. CEUs are available upon course completion.
