Untreated mental health and substance use disorders pose significant risks to pregnant women, postpartum women, and infants. Models of care that offer integrated behavioral health services are best for addressing the unique needs of pregnant and postpartum women with behavioral health conditions.

The Center of Excellence for Integrated Health Solutions (funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration (SAMHSA)) at the National Council for Wellbeing has launched a four-part webinar series discussing the importance of advancing behavioral health integration for perinatal health.

This webinar series highlights exemplary models being implemented in settings and communities highly impacted by perinatal substance use and mental health disorders:
