Putting Care at the Center 2024

Putting Care at the Center is the annual conference of the Camden Coalition’s National Center for Complex Health and Social Needs initiative. It provides an opportunity for the national complex care community to learn, network, and create a shared agenda for the growing field of complex care.

Putting Care at the Center 2024 will be held October 16-18 in Pittsburgh, PA. This year's conference theme is From partnerships to ecosystems of care, and is co-hosted with UPMC Health Plan.
