Substance Use Tools & Resources
About the Collection
Although the tools were not all created specifically for rural primary care practices, they are potentially used in those, as well as a variety of other settings.
Tools were identified through systematic searches of the published and grey literature, and through focused searches for specific kinds of tools.
It is important to note that these tools do not represent everything that has been developed. Constant streams of new tools are being created.
A collection of tools and resources for providers, staff, and patients who offer or use services to address substance use. See the full environmental scan (PDF 0.69 MB) and resources collection (PDF 1.28 MB) in PDF format.
