Apply to NASHP’s State SUD Policy Institute

The National Academy for State Health Policy (NASHP) is currently accepting applications for States to participate in a State Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Policy Institute “Leveraging Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) to Address SUD.” The policy institute will help five State teams develop innovative strategies to improve access to and quality of SUD treatment in FQHCs. 

Applications require the development of a core team for the policy institute that includes, at a minimum, the following members:

  • Senior Medicaid official,
  • Senior State behavioral health agency or division official,
  • Senior representative from the State primary care association, and
  • FQHC representative.

All applications are due by July 31, 2018, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.
