Integrated Behavioral Health Collaborative

Focusing on the integration of behavioral health into primary care settings and the development of value-based contracting frameworks enhances patient care and operational efficiency by increasing the number of providers trained and supported in IBH models through the development of an alternative payment model.

This in-person event, hosted by Cornerstone Whole Healthcare Organization, Inc. (C-WHO), has two session options dedicated to IBH Overview & Alternative Payment Model. Session 1 will take place from 8:30AM to 11:30AM. Session 2 will take place from 1:30PM to 4:30PM. Participants will have the opportunity to collaborate with peers, cultivate Integrated Care Models, and align with Value-Based Care.
