Elevating Peers and Community Health Workers within Integrated Care Teams to Treat OUD

Through real-world examples and implementation strategies, participants will learn how to successfully integrate peers and community health workers (CHWs) into clinical workflows to strengthen team functioning, elevate the value of lived experience, and improve patient engagement and outcomes. This is the final webinar in a four-part series titled: Integrated Systems Care for Opioid Use Disorder and Co-Occurring Disorders. Participants can earn Continuing Medical Education (CME), Social Work Approved Continuing Education (ACE), and/or NAADAC credits for this session.
