While there are different approaches to integrating behavioral health into primary care, the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) consultation model is one approach that has evolved over the decades and invites team-based care to achieve whole-person healthcare. The focus on this panel presentation is to provide an overview of the specific strategies that contribute to the effectiveness of the PCBH model impacting whole-person care in primary care as well as to discuss how the PCBH model can help address the changing needs of patient populations in the post-pandemic world. This webinar is hosted by the Society for Health Psychology (SfHP).
