Strengthening CCBHC & Managed Care Collaboration Webinar Part 1

Part 1: Leadership, Engagement and Education: Explore the leadership roles of both states and health plans, the capacity-building groundwork necessary for all parties to be able to effectively engage in planning and program execution, and engagement strategies for turning separate actors into actual partners.  

This opening session, hosted by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, explores the foundational elements required to build successful collaboration between states, health plans and certified community behavioral health clinics (CCBHCs). Panelists will discuss:

• The leadership roles of states and managed care organizations
• Capacity-building needed to support meaningful engagement
• Strategies to move stakeholders from siloed actors to aligned partners
