The Substance Use Disorder Care Coordination Collaborative (SUD-CCC) is a monthly open learning forum co-led by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, YourPath, and the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP). It brings together a cross-sector group of providers, payers, system leaders and innovators for informal discussions on care coordination, around topics such as: definitions, reimbursement, integration, delegation, technology, and infrastructure.
The unifying goal of the Co-Lab is to build national alignment and momentum around practical, systems-level solutions to improve how substance use care is connected, delivered and experienced.
