Comprehensive Health Integration Framework Learning Community: Informational Webinar

-

Join the National Council for Mental Wellbeing on September 10th from 1-2pm ET to learn about an exciting opportunity to join a 6-month learning collaborative focusing on the Comprehensive Health Integration (CHI) Framework. Launching in late 2025, this 6-month learning collaborative will bring together physical, behavioral health and specialty organizations interested in implementing the CHI Framework to leverage the benefits of integration with a practical approach to systemwide collaboration, and the knowledge to measure progress, demonstrate value, and secure sustainable financing for integration through a peer-to-peer learning format.

Benefits of CHI include:
1.) Bidirectionality: Usable in any mental health/substance use or physical health setting.
2.) Broad applicability: Designed for any age group or population.
3.) Systemwide collaboration: States, payers and funders can use CHI to collaborate with providers and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) in assessing and improving PH/BHI across their networks.
4.) Flexibility: Usable by any program at any of the three integration stages, regardless of resources. Incorporates the use of any and all integration models, including the collaborative care model (CoCM) and primary care behavioral health (PCBH) model.
