These efforts prompt the following questions: How can resilience in the workforce be intentionally promoted? How can complex services be offered while staff take care of their families, their work force, each other and themselves? The teachings and principles of trauma-informed and resilience-oriented approaches offer a foundation for answering these questions. Participants will learn the change management strategies for creating sustainable culture change within their organization and their communities.
This introductory training is for local and state government agencies, mental health and substance use treatment providers and nonclinical organizations that wish to introduce TIROES approaches to their entire staff. Each participant will receive a certificate of completion after the training.
